Fuel prices reduced by Gp8

The National Petroleum Authority (NCA) has reduced fuel prices at the pump by 8 pesewas

Reduction will take effect latest by Wednesday 5th May, 2021.

The reduction comes after an earlier increment of 17 pesewas.

This move means transport fares will see a nine pesewas increment.

“The 17 pesewas per litre increase in fuel margin previously announced by the NPA has been reduced to 9 pesewas per litre effective tomorrow Wednesday 5th May 2021,” the Energy Minster, Matthew Opoku Prempeh wrote in a communique released on May 4.
