There’s a seemly growing division among the Christian community about the COVID-19 pandemic with some churches preaching conspiracy theories aimed at getting their congregants to reject the vaccines.
They hold the assertion the novel coronavirus disease that has caused a global scourge is a complete hoax or artificially created in a laboratory to depopulate the world.
But celebrated Gospel singer, Hannah Marfo says she does not subscribe to such a school of thought.
Speaking to Father Innocent in an exclusive interview, ‘the Meda Wase’ composer retaliated the Ghana Health Service’s directive to Ghanaians to mask up and observe the laid down COVID-19 protocols to contain the spread of the virus in the country.
“Covid-19 is real. Adhere to the safety protocols to avoid contracting the virus,” she said on Original 91.9FM Monday.
Like the COVID-10 pandemic, according to Hanna Marfo, the second coming of Jesus Christ “will just be like how the virus became a pandemic unannounced.”
The singer, therefore, urged unbelievers to take Jesus Christ as their “personal saviour” adding “Soon He will come.”
“I plead with anyone to serve the Lord wholeheartedly,” the legendary singer applead.
