The National Association of Ashawo has allegedly called out budding rapper, Amerado over his lyrical statement “Wo di ashawofo) w) Lapaz” which seeks to “undermine and demean the integrity of prostitutes at Lapaz”.
According to the National Association of Ashawo, Lapaz branch, the statement which was contained in a diss song to Obibini Boafo dubbed ‘The Throne’ has resulted in 50% decline in the patronize of their service.
Among other things, in a statement available to Original 91.9FM signed by one Empress Ohenwaa, they demand a retraction of the statement and a public apology as well as a GHS10, 000 compensation.
Also, the prostitutes demand 100 boxes of condom and Postinor 2 each.
They threaten to take legal action against the Kumasi-based rapper if he fails to meet their demand.
