Expelled NDC member, Allotey Jacobs, says the largest opposition party lacks the leadership to instill discipline in its wayward members.
According to him, the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has failed to sanction young disrespecting scribes of the party.
Speaking with Kwaku Owusu Adjei on Tuesday morning, the former NDC Central Regional chairman maintained there’s no responsible leader in the party giving those unmannered members the chance to misbehavior.
In his view, if there were responsible leaders in the NDC, they would have reprimanded the members dragging the name of the party through the mud.
“I will not talk to anyone at the party. There’s no leader in the NDC. That is the reason the youngsters are raining barrage of insults on critics,” he said on Original 91.9FM on Tuesday, April 7, 2021.
Told the party has a leadership structure, Allotey Jacobs stressed “You are an Akan, so, if I tell you there’s no leader in the party you should comprehend my point.”
“If you are offered a seat to sit down does that connotes you are a leader?” he quizzed and continued, ”I say there’s no leader in the party. Look at the recent happenings in the party”.
